Revolutionary autoimmune therapy now also possible for children and teenagers

A strong interdisciplinary collaboration in CAR T cell therapy treated a now 16-year-old girl received the immunotherapy as part of an individualised treatment trial at Universitätsklinikum Erlangen as the first child with Lupus worldwide.
